Shipping & delivery

Nairobi

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 1PM, otherwise next day. KSh 300 within the CBD and nearby estates.

1–3 working days by courier (Wells Fargo, G4S or a matatu parcel service of your choice). KSh 350–600 depending on town.

Orders of KSh 5,000 and above ship free anywhere in Kenya — the discount is applied at checkout automatically.

Kenya	Flat rate — KSh 500

Place your order and we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone within working hours.
Pay by M-PESA, Visa, Mastercard or Amex — or on delivery within Nairobi.
We pack your bag with its dust bag and share a tracking or parcel reference.
You receive it, and we follow up to make sure you love it.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, 9AM – 6PM. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
